| SERVICE AGREEMENT All prices above are non-negotiable. Balance for all services due after you place your order with our secure payment option. SCISSOR GUARANTEE We Guarantee that your scissors will be sharp to your satisfaction or they will be resharpened for free and that we will replace any scissors broken by The Sharpening Stone LLC's Sharpening Professionals. CLIPPER GUARANTEE All Clippers sharpened by The Sharpening Stone LLC are guaranteed to be sharp to the Customer(s) 's satisfaction with-in 30 days* or get them resharpened for free. SCISSOR AND CLIPPER WARRANTY DISCLAIMER We are not liable for breech of warranty on particular scissors and clippers that have sharpening and repair warranties. By using our sharpening service you understand and agree to our SERVICE AGREEMENT above: Do to shipping problems with the Post Office. Once the scissors or clipper blades leave our premises we are not responsible for the items. We will insure up to $200 for clipper blades and $800 for scissors. If for some reason your Clipper Blades or Scissors get lost or broken in the mail, it is your responsibility to file the claim and to replace the blades unless it is found to be our fault. We will not be responsible for shipping problems with the post office. We will package your clipper blades and scissors with above shipping standards and do everything within our abilities to get the package to you safely and securely. Please call us immediately if you have shipping issues. Additional Shipping Insurance can be applied at your cost for only $5.00 added to your invoice. Thanks for your understanding |
