| SERVICE AGREEMENT All prices above are non-negotiable. Balance for all services due by due date on the order form and shall be past due after the due date stated. Due date is 30-days after we receive your order. A 10% late fee of amount due will be applied after 30 days and Legal action shall be taken immediately for the collection of any past due amounts after 60 days and, in such case, Customer shall be liable for any attorney fees incurred in collection of the past due amounts, in addition to any other fees accrued.. SCISSOR GUARANTEE We Guarantee that your scissors will be sharp to your satisfaction or they will be resharpened for free and that we will replace any scissors broken by The Sharpening Stone LLC's Sharpening Professionals. CLIPPER GUARANTEE All Clippers sharpened by The Sharpening Stone LLC are guaranteed to be sharp to the Customer(s) 's satisfaction with-in 30 days* or get them resharpened for free. SCISSOR AND CLIPPER WARRANTY DISCLAIMER We are not liable for breech of warranty on particular scissors and clippers that have sharpening and repair warranties.
