All prices above are non-negotiable. Balance for all services due on due date and shall be past due after
due date on order form. A 10% late fee of amount due will be applied after due date and Legal action shall
be taken immediately for the collection of any past due amounts after 60 days and, in such case,
Customer shall be liable for any attorney fees incurred in collection of the past due amounts, in addition
to any other fees accrued..

REPAIRING DAMAGED SCISSORS OR CLIPPERS
Scissors Or Clipper Blades received with nicks, rust, scratches, and/or & missing parts will be repaired to
the best of our ability, provided that sufficient payment is included as provided above. If scissors or Clippers
are received with any other damages, including being bent, or insufficient payment, The Sharpening Stone
LLC will, at its option, either immediately return the scissors or Clipper Blades to Customer or telephone or
email Customer(s) at the number/address provided above. You will be billed with your return order if any
additional repairs had to be made. Please call us before sending us your scissors or Clippers if there is any
question about whether we can do the needed repairs.

SCISSOR GUARANTEE
All scissors sharpened by The Sharpening Stone LLC are guaranteed to be sharp to the Customer(s) 's
satisfaction. If, for any reason, Customer(s)  is not satisfied, Customer(s)  may return the scissors to us and
they will be re-sharpened and returned to the Customer(s), one time, free of charge. Any scissors returned to
us past 30-days, unless you notify us, this agreement is void. If for any reason, Customer(s) ’s scissors are
broke while being sharpened by one of The Sharpening Stone LLC professionals such pair will be replaced
for the retail value not to exceed $600 in value, Customer(s) must show proof of purchase price before
scissors are replaced. If no proof is shown Customer(s)  will receive no more than the suggested retail
value not to exceed $600. This guarantee does not apply to broken scissors found in transport to or from The
Sharpening Stone LLC so please insure your packages and package your items accordingly to protect them
during transport.

CLIPPER GUARANTEE
All Clippers sharpened by The Sharpening Stone LLC are guaranteed to be sharp to the Customer(s) 's
satisfaction. If, for any reason, Customer(s)  is not satisfied, Customer(s)  may return clippers to us  and they
will be re-sharpened and returned to the Customer(s), one time, free of charge and have been sharpened
previously by The Sharpening Stone LLC. if clippers are returned after 30-days and we are not notified of
them not being sharp the first time you use them than you will be charged with a resharpening fee, please
notify us immediately if clippers don't cut the first time out of the bag . If for any reason, Customer(s) ’s clipper
blades are broke while being sharpened by one of The Sharpening Stone LLC professionals such pair will
be replaced for the retail value not to exceed $50 in value, Customer(s) must show proof of purchase price
before scissors or clipper blades are replaced. If no proof is shown Customer(s)  will receive no more than
the suggested retail value not to exceed $50. This guarantee does not apply to broken clippers found in
transport to or from or broken parts found with the clipper set. The Sharpening Stone LLC so please insure

KNIVES GUARANTEE
All Knife sharpened by The Sharpening Stone LLC or it's affiliates are guaranteed to be sharp to the
Customer(s) 's satisfaction. If, for any reason, Customer(s)  are not satisfied, Customer(s)  may return
knives to us and they will be re-sharpened and returned to the Customer(s), one time, free of charge and
have been sharpened previously by The Sharpening Stone LLC or its affiliates. If knives are returned after 30-
days and we are not notified of them not being sharp the first time you use them than you will be charged
with a resharpening fee and return shipping, please notify us immediately if knives don't cut the first time out
of the box. If for any reason, Customer(s) ’s knives are broke while being sharpened by one of The
Sharpening Stone LLC professionals or its affiliates such pair will be replaced for the retail value not to
exceed $300 in value, Customer(s) must show proof of purchase price before scissors or clipper blades or
knives are replaced. If no proof is shown Customer(s)  will receive no more than the suggested retail value
not to exceed $300. This guarantee does not apply to knives found in transport to or from or broken parts

SCISSOR AND CLIPPER AND KNIVES WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
ANY WARRANTIES ARE GRANTED TO OWNER ALONE AND ARE STRICTLY NON-ASSIGNABLE. EXCEPT
AS IS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH ON THIS ORDER FORM, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS,
REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OR CONDITION OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A
COURSE OF DEALING, LAW, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT
ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY THE SHARPENING STONE LLC
or its affiliates. TO THE EXTENT THAT AN  IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, SUCH
WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO 60 DAYS OR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME ALLOWED BY  LAW.
BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS, THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS, AND OWNER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
JURISDICTION. THIS DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSIONS ALL APPLY EVEN IF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY
SET FORTH ABOVE FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

In non-legal terms we are not liable for breech of warranty on particular scissors and
clippers that have sharpening and repair warranties.
 

APPLICABLE LAW
By using The Sharpening Stone LLC's  sharpening service Customer(s) acknowledges having read the
above terms and conditions and Customer(s) agrees to such terms and conditions. Customer(s) agrees
that any dispute about the terms of this agreement shall be resolved according to the law of the State of
Oregon and in the courts of Yamhill County, Oregon.

The Sharpening Stone LLC will not sell, distribute, or provide any information provided unless agreed upon
by the above Customer(s).
