Students may arrive anytime after 9:00AM on Wednsday (May 16th) to set up camp.
Please check in with the Registration tent when you arrive.
The first meal provided will be dinner on Wednsday evening. Breakfast will be served at 8am every morning, with morning circle following shortly afterward. Dinner will be served at 6pm nightly, and everyone is invited to gather around the main fire for community announcements, music, and merriment.
Our last meal together will be breakfast on Monday (May 21st)
Our opening circle will be Wednsday afternoon before dinner. We will discuss camp logistics, and meet the instructors. Classes will begin Thursday (17th) and run through Sunday (20th)
We welcome musical instruments, singing, storytelling, and sharing by the fire at night. Creating community and the tribal vibe often happens around the main fire. We encourage merriment, but ask all participants to be respectful of others.
Some instructors, and others, may also offer various activities and discussions in the evenings.
We are encouraging folks to bring handmade goods for the Barter Circle which will take place Sunday afternoon. The Barter Circle is a great way to support your instructors and fellow students, many of whom are very talented artists and craftspeople.
